you were born in the 80's whcih means you knew this stuff before I stated touching the malevolent laugh in your face brownies that inhabit my laptop :)
add to that the fact that adults take longer to learn new things (we have to have a 'expletive' reason to learn...a goal, a light at the end of the tunnel) and the fact I never touched a computer until grad school,
in fact I took one semester of typing; period!! in high school and that was in the 60's and lets face it I had more IN my head at that time than I did...OK never mind that part

as far as word doc? I love it and all their nice tables/love the templates and everyhting in word docs as a matter of fact
as far as spreadsheet? Im lost and hate it...I want to uderstand truly I do...but it doesnt make sense..sorta like pounds and onces...make no sense...kg and ml...that I understand

but then, they have templates and pretty colors to choose and layouts I can choose a diff one every slide
